• On 9th September, NIFTY ended the weekly expiry on a volatile note yet again: it opened lower, pared losses, fell again to break the day’s low but however closed in slight green after rallying in the 2nd half
• FII/FPIs bought shares worth ₹423crs and DIIs bought shares worth ₹704crs
• Maximum Call OI at 17400 followed by 17500 and maximum Put OI at 17300 followed by 17350
• Top sectors were Media and MNC
• SGX Nifty is trading down with a loss of 76 pts. at 17364

Highlights for 13 Sep, 2021:

• The government is likely to extend the tenure of PLI scheme for IT hardware, atleast by a year
• Clix Capital Services, a digital lending shadow bank, is in merger talks with Suryoday SFB
• Jio-Google phone launch delayed and is expected to be launched by the Diwali season
• Rainfall in August with a 24% deficiency was lowest in 19 years
• The IIP grew 11.5% in July, driven by a contracted base
• Income tax return deadline has been pushed once again to December 31, 2021
